Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This is a working draft — the full legal version is coming.
What we collect
Your account details (name, email), the stories you record (voice recordings, transcripts, generated chapters and PDFs), and product analytics events (screens viewed, steps completed) tied to an anonymous identifier and, after sign-up, to your account.
Why we collect it
To create and store your stories, deliver them to you by email when you ask, keep your account secure, and understand which parts of NORIA work well. With your consent we also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for marketing analytics.
Who processes it
Speech is transcribed and stories are written by third-party AI providers acting as processors. We don’t sell your data, and your stories are never used to train models.
Cookies and local storage
We keep a session cookie so you stay signed in, and we remember your consent choice in your browser’s local storage. Where you came from (campaign and click identifiers) is stored in a first-party cookie so a story you start on the landing page is still attributed correctly after sign-up. Analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — are set only after you accept them in the banner, and declining does not limit anything you can do in NORIA.
Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies in the consent banner. You can change your email or password anytime in Settings. Deleting your account removes your stories, recordings, and PDFs permanently. If you want your data removed and cannot reach Settings, write to the address below and we will delete it.
